This policy describes how Evox Systems handles data when you visit evoxsystems.cloud or fill out the demo request form. It does not cover the EvoxOne Tab or EvoxOneScan apps, which have their own separate policies.
1. Who processes your data
Evox Systems inc. is responsible for processing data collected on this website.
2. Data collected
Demo request form: name, clinic name, email, phone, role, and message, only when you choose to submit it.
No account creation, advertising tracking, or analytics cookies are used on this site. The only cookie set is a functional language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), required for the site to work.
3. Use of data
Demo form data is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up with you about the EvoxOne platform.
4. Data sharing
Form submissions are delivered by email through our transactional email provider (SendGrid), which acts as a data processor. They are not stored in a site database. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
5. Security
All communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
6. Retention
Demo requests are kept in Evox Systems' internal mailbox for as long as needed for sales follow-up, then deleted according to our internal retention practices.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The last updated date appears at the top of the page.
